Take pie as 22/7.

Square-14x14=196

Circle 22/7x7x7=154

Remainder-196-154=42

1 remainder=42(divided by)4=10.5

Quadrant-1/4x22/7x14x14=154

Shaded Portion-196-154-10.5=31.5!!!!!tada!
